A Ford In Our Future?

So, Harold Ford Jr. has made clear that he is looking at running against Kirsten Gillibrand for the US Senate.

Anybody got anything to say?

As a member of Congress representing an upstate district, Kirsten was a "Blue Dog" democrat who was pro second amendment. But that changed as soon as she was appointed to hte Senate. Don't you worry, those NYC dems straightened her out.

Both Ford and Gillibrand were rather Blue Doggish in Congress and both seem to be "adjusting" their positions for the statewide electorate.

I would hope that the NY electorate wouldn't consider another Carpetbagger from other states to act as their representative in Washington. Remember Hillary!

Hillary did a lot of good for NY. Ford, on the other hand, has switched his position on every possible social issue.

Gillibrand has moved to the left too, but at least she's not a carpetbagger.
