Pipeline Greenlighted

The New York State Court Appelate Division has denied an appeal by Woodbury and Harriman to reopen their lawsuit against the KJ Pipeline.

This appears to open the way for construction to begin.

Now what?

Construction to "begin"?? Where have you been? They've been at it for months now. You think KJ has been waiting for a court decision-they do whatever the hell they want, and they've got alot of it already in place. No court was going to stop them! Be real!

First, KJ says it needs water because it does not have enough. Then they fight for their pipeline. Now, they have to show they have enough back-up water. If they have back-up water, what do they need a pipeline for? And, how does the poorest community in the USA find $29 million while Cornwall can't even fund lacrosse teams! Anything to do with KJ is a joke. They manage to get whatever they want, and when they don't, they take it anyway.

The Village Board may consider another appeal

What about the Town Board??

The state appeals court threw it out. There is no next step or appeal - they are the highest court in NY.

Maybe she could contribute her second salary.

Nancy Grace has more influence than Nancy Calhoun. She sure gets paid handsomely to do a lot of nothing though!
