A Simple Question.

In that Don Siebold and Ralph Caruso have again and again and again taken positions that would lead to KJ's Vaad haKirya buying up the Brodsky property and other adjoining properties (such as the Roselawn Inn), and in that Siebold does what Caruso wants and Caruso does what Larkin wants and Larkin does what Szegedin wants, what conclusions can we draw? (Feel free to throw in folks such as Fred Ungerer, who does what Siebold wants)

Discuss amongst yourselves.

We'll see this is how the story goes, Ralph Caruso survives by virtue of Bill Larkin. But, Ralphie has a problem. Larkin is like a 100 million years old and wont be a Senator forever...so lets say if Larkin were to croak tomorrow...what would Ralphie do?? So, Ralphie needs to create his own little empire so he can still feel important by pushing little shrills like Siebold around. So, since Ralphie couldn’t likely get elected dog catcher on his own block let alone in any real elected position, he sees his way to being the power broker by letting our little hasidic friends take over Woodbury and bring their block votes with them. Then Ralphie can control the town and elect whomever he wants just like the Republicans in Monroe do. Then Ralphie doesn’t have to answer to any opposition be it on the Republican Committee or from the electorate. So, for those of you who think it is so nice of Mr. Siebold and Mr. Caruso and friends to fight to save a few trees...wake up and join us on Planet Reality!!

What gets me is the idiotd like Ungerer and Seaforth and Baranowski who are screwing the town because they are smug morons and whose homes will be among the first to go.

What are they getting from Ralph?

i don't know what their problem is. are they that self righteous that they are willing to risk all our homes. they aren't stupid people. are they just that ignorant and naive? take a look at highland mills. its is gone. anyone with any sense would sell their house and get out when they can. who the hell do they think they are to speak for me (don, baronoski, ungerer, carus) . wake up , kj wants woodbury. it is that simple. nys government backs the biggest voter. guess who that is. so if we wind up in court fighting for who gets to decide the building pattern of woodbury. I got my money on kj winning. from pataki down to larkin, the word will be to let kj win. judges will feel pressured to side with kj. and kj WILL WIN. i can't figure Don out. he should just move. don, i wouldnt piss people off especially when you are signing absentee ballots for your son. doesn't your son now live in nyc with his girlfriend. so how can he vote here. i guess its ok for you to keep his registered adress in highland mills, while he resides in nyc. I wonder what particular group of people you learned these voting scams from? is it the same group of people you want to see take over woodbury. I hope you are that generous when they buy the roselawn property. it will be just a hop skip and a jump for you to compare fraudulent voting practices.

Those guys aren't stupid...like Baird, they probably have their condos bought and paid for in FL or AZ.

is it true? the lawsuit that don siebold and fred ungerer's wife brought against the town is costing the town $16,000. How much do you really love the town when you are bleeding it dry. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You guys disgust me with all your hippocratical bs.

isn't don on the republican committee? i wonder does the committee know about his unethical voting practices. oh, I forgot they are republicans, I guess it's ok!

How much has the "Village of Woodbury" suit cost the Town so far? Who's putting up the bucks for the Siebold, Ungerer & Seyforth suit?

i'm mixed up here. how many lawsuits does don siebold have against the town of woodbury? the only one I know of is the lawsuit where he doesn't want the suburban project (brodskky) from going forward. he would rather kj get the land. that is the lawsuit that i think is costing the town $16, 000. Is there another one he has going also?

When does Donnie have the time for all of this stuff....I mean, isn't Ralphie full of shit and with Donnie constantly wiping Ralphie's ass, where does he find the time??????

Siebold was also a founding father, along with Caruso, Burke and Queenan, of the Village of Woodbury petition. KJ is now suing the Town of Woodbury over this petition. It was foolish to try to push through the Village, but that was Ralph's back-up plan in case Sheila won...create a Village encompassing most of the present Town, and put himself and his croanies in as the "governing body". All that ridiculous move is doing now is ensuring that the Town will have to put hundreds of thousands of more dollars into it's defense fund come budget time! So when our Supervisor has the nerve to say on camera during budget time that "the Town can't afford it", perhaps people should question exactly how much has been spent defending this nonsense!!

I hope more people read this blog and get a glimpse into the back-ground nonsense that goes on in our town. The concening thing is,What is KJ been doing while we throw money into lawsuits? I'm sure they are still on their main objective. To buy up & annex Woodbury. Anyone with any feedback?

you are absolutely right. kj's main objective is to buy up land and annex woodbury. so, why would Don Siebold, Ralph Caruso and others turn against woodbury and initiate lawsuits. one can only summize that they are with kj. it would seem that Don and Caruso's main goal is to splinter woodbury (turning resident against resident) so that kj can come in and scoff everything up. I wonder how much they are being paid for that.
