Woodbury Republican Committee Chairman Ralph Caruso, Uncle Billy's left-hand-man, tried to keep the Committee from endorsing Nancy.
Ralph and former Cornwall Supervisor Richard Randazzo worked together to sue Woodbury over the WP3 (Woodbury Junction) project.
Randazzo is running against Nancy for her Assembly seat.
Anthony Incanno is fronting for the current push to get the Town of Cornwall, the Village of Cornwall On Hudson and the Cornwall Central School District Board of Education to sue Woodbury over the Legacy Ridge project.
Incanno cannot form a coherent sentence so it is obvious that someone is writing his letters to the Cornwall Local.
That letter writer has repeatedly referred to and quoted the obscure writings of Ralph Caruso.
Randazzo and Caruso are nowhere to be seen.
Anyone smell something fishy?

By the way, aside from the assertions that Larkin doesn't like Calhoun and that Incanno is incapable of writing the letters to the Local - both of which can be arrived at inferentially - everything that the Uncle put forward is irrefutable fact.

Caruso, Randazzo, Bob Donnelly, Don Siebold and others collected money to pay for the law suit against Woodbury over WP3. What part of that isn't true?
Ralph voted against endorsing Nancy Calhoun for re-election and if it hadn't been for Pete Stablie and the proxies he had with him there would have been no endorsement. What part of that isn't true?
Incanno's letters to Woodbury show that he cannot form a grammatical sentence, yet his letters to the Local are completely different and have repeatedly quoted Ralph. What part of that isn't true?
You claim that you know what is going on, but don't say what. If you have specific refutations, please state them.

I don't know what you are trying to say, but if you are claiming that Caruso and Randazzo weren't working together on the article 78 against Woodbury you are wrong.
The only conspiracy I see lies within the writings of the Unc, Swill, or whoever else they want to be.

(You remember her, she sold her house, packed her bags and scooted over the line to Cornwall as soon as she thought a certain group was going to buy the lot next to her house-can anyone say "chicken"?-; the same who is still on the Woodbury Republican committee because she supposedly loves this town so much, which is probably why she wanted to sue the town.)
