Diana and his attorney seem to have the final say with regard to pursuing the Article 78 - if you want to make your concerns heard to one person, it should probably be him. Here's his contact info:

Phone: (845) 291-2700
Fax: (845) 291-2724
Email: ceoffice@co.orange.ny.us

Any word on whether Diana will be in attendance at the hearing?

Well, one would think that both Diana (unless he already has his mind made up or has cut a deal)AND O'Dwyer (who seems to be MIA since she announced her candidacy)would be at the meeting, along with EVERY legislator and the county attorney. Hopefully all those municipal leaders who signed the letter will show up, and possibly put some pressure on Sandy Leonard to get her butt there as well!

Whether you're a Swillerite or a Caruso lackey, your presence to this hearing is desired. Let's show the County Legistatures that their constituents in this region need their support on this issue. The committee vote to proceed was 6-3; not very good and there were both Republicans and Democrats in the NO column.

Everyone needs to know that ALL legislators AND Eddie Diana are up for re-election in November. Those legislators that voted NO aren't really feeling the effects of KJ- YET!! Therefore we need to get them to pay attention-we must stress that if they ignore us and the suit is not brought, their districts WILL be effected sooner than they thought! And, being that is IS an election year, they should also realize that KJ's bloc has NO power if the rest of OC votes the other way!

Sorry Uncle- they were not my words, rather it was the direct quote of the poster on the THR blog...don't feel I have the right to edit someone else's words, but in this instance perhaps you're right...the message itself is more important...I hope you will find this version acceptable??

"Anyone who is concerned about (EDITED)KJ needs to show up at the South Blooming Grove Firehouse at 7pm Wednesday to demand the Village not change its zoning to appease those who ignore zoning regulations anyway."

Anyone know if the South Blooming Grove meeting is still on?

I laugh at the naive poster who thinks that Sandy Leaonard would do anything opposed to KJ. How do you think she got into office you st::id person?

and as for Eddie, he won't come anywhare NEAR the meeting, but he will have one of his lackeys there.
