Junior G-Men, Take Note

Feds want your help in weeding out public corruption in the Hudson Valley
The US Attorney and FBI Friday announced a stepped up effort to investigate and prosecute public corruption in the Hudson Valley region and it includes a public tips line for anyone who may have information pointing in that direction.
FBI Agent James Margolin said they are not targeting any specific case, but rather, seeking to determine if the public knows of anything crooked going on in the counties of Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Westchester, Orange and Sullivan.
“The announcement (Friday) is really to solicit information from the public on matters involving public corruption of which they may be aware, to solicit new information, because we are in the business of collecting information and the public is often our source for information about matters relating to public corruption or other crimes over which we have investigative jurisdiction,” he said.
As part of the effort, the feds announced the creation of a corruption hotline – 1-877-ENDGRAFT (1-877-363-4723) – through which members of the public can call and report potential abuses of the public trust by public officials. The hotline is “the latest example of the federal government’s commitment to a partnership with the public to expose corruption at all levels of government,” said Michael Garcia, US Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
The six northern counties that are included within the Southern District of New York cover approximately 3,500 square miles and are home to more than two million people. The six counties also contain some 170 cities, towns and villages.

I am sure they are getting call about all the WP3 deals!

Oh yeah, I'm sure they're running out right now to investigate. WP3 was perfectly legal and done ALL the time in municipalities. Why don't you just ask Larkin? He's friends with all the builders.

Here's something worth investigating:
every municipality but one responds to foils, publishes election results, files environmental papers with the county, announces board meetings, publishes its school budget, publishes its municipal budget, etc, etc.

Guess which one doesn't, and while you're at it, guess what the Times Herald Record has to say about it.

Hey Uncle, by any chance were you invited to the Woodbury Democratic Fundraiser on 5/17/06 where they honored John Burke?

Now, now...Darlene and Bo remain hopeful!

Please do not tell me they are running but if they are who will be on the Rep team?

If Darlene and Bo run again on the Dem line, all the Reps have to do is breath and they will get elected!

Who do we think would make good candidates on the republican side. Who should they put up for supervisor? Who should they put up for the two spots councilpeople? Who would we like to see up there?

Swiller, Robin Crouse, Nancy Binder

I'm not running. Robin is a Democrat (and would be a great candidate), Nanci is as good as it gets.

I would like to see Lorraine run again. I'm not so sure about Aronowitz. He has to convince me he is no longer up Ralph and Don's butt!

Oh please, Aronowitz????? Dumber than a box of rocks Aronowitz?? The man can hardly speak proper English, and forget about spelling it! He's so far up Caruso's butt, he'll never see the light of day. Please don't even make him a consideration!

Since it looks like the ankle biter reads whats here, here is what i want to ask him. It's just a question mind you, but I want to know, did he know anything about a put up job against a cop named J.R.M.?
And if so, what did he ever do to you? He didn't even know you.
He was a good cop and did nothing bad. What i'm asking is maybe you already knew that?
