As Requested

As requested, here's John Burke's car in Ralph Caruso's driveway, mid-afternoon, Tuesday, July 25th, 2006.
By the way, you might want to guess how the "high-density" developments (.8 to 2 acres), that Ralph decries, compare to his own palatial estate.

Nothing illegal here. Get a life!

Ah ha! but timing is everything. Think back to when John's car was there and what just happened.

No it is not illegal but it is telling....

Hey, was that when they were conspiring about the Village elections?

You Ralphlings are such whiney little weiners, aren't you?

The 8 units per 2 acres you refer to--isn't that only for senior housing? That would be 4 units per acre or 1/4 acre lots each.

The rest of the houses are planned for 1/2 to 3/4 acre lots, aren't they?

According to previous postings, Bob Donnelly and Manny Manguel live in a development that ranges from 7 units to 10 units and more per acre.

Caruso lives on a lot smaller than those for most of Brodsky's project. And Hank Sullivan, Aimee Haviland, the Mololleys and many other people in town live on 1/2 acre lots---the same size as Brodsky's.

So are you saying they might be hypocrites in that they like to live on lots of 1/4 to 1/2 acre and don't consider that "high density" lots but any new people coming to live on the same size lots is now "high density"?

Or are you saying that "high density" only applies to others, not to them?

And it would appear that Manny and Bobby Donnelly are totally confused since they live in some of the highest density areas of Woodbury but yet consider 1/4 and 1/2 acres lots higher density than where they live.

Hypocrites, confused or perhaps authors of the lying fliers that can't tell the difference between the truth and lies?

Is the last Town Board meeting going to be posted on U Tube?

For some of us who don't get channel 22 and can't see the meetings that way, this is very helpful.

Is it true that in spite of being asked repeatedly that the 2 new Board members and Burke still refuse to reveal who really planned, wrote, approved and distributed the lying yellow flier that influenced the election in their favor?

Didn't they run on a platform of open and accountable government?

So where are the open and accountable answers? Its been 2 months since the election already and nobody is telling who did this?

Guess they have failed the first test already.

Nobody claimed it was illegal for Burke to be tutored or meeting with Caruso.

It simply points to their behind the scenes relationship and that the Republicrats ( some of the Republicans and Democrats) are working together.

No illegal at all. Just not open and accountable government. But then, as aide to Senator Larkin, Caruso certainly knows about New York State's dysfunctional governmental system.

Look for the same , unaccountable nonsense when they unveil their Village Board candidates. People should vote against them just on principle!

Oh come on Swillerites, maybe telfon John was just trying to reach across party lines for the good of Woodbury! Yea right!
Nice driveway Ralph, I would expect more from an aide to Senetor Larkin, idiot!

Sorry that You-Tubing has been delayed. The Uncle's videological nephew has been in traction for a week (what a lame excuse), but reports that the transfer process is underway.

looking at the picture, I sure would hate to be Ralph's neighbor. Any of those cars up on blocks? And is the hound dog tied up to a tree around back? Wheeeeeee!

Just saw a letter to the editor in this week's Photo News from Mr. Haviland. It was fine--thanking people for voting for him and pledging what he will do.

All that was okay until near the bottom when he totally dismissed the yellow flier that, although it has his name on it, has nothing to do with him.

He further incredulously claims that he has seen no documentation to show that this flier influenced the election. If that is the case, then why was it only sent to a select group of people if not to influence their votes. It did not go to the entire town/village. Of course, it was intended to inflame the people of Timber Ridge who were reassessed and to get them to vote for him and Levine. He ran twice before without such tactics and lost. This time he "played the dirty tactics" game and won.

Who is he kidding?

He ends by saying he is done discussing this.

Even the newspaper saw the fraud in it and called for his, Levine's and Burke's resignation.

Wonder what he would have done if the situation were reversed and he lost by such tactics? Doubt he would have been so unconcerned and not discussed it further.

one glaring difference. high density zoning was already in place when those people bought their houses. creating more dense zoning is another matter. should be interesting to see how all of these new homes sell given the current housing market.

Uncle Betty said...

Do, please, define "dense zoning."

its what you say the ralphlings all have.
