Why I'm voting "NO"
True, there are risks in not forming a village (well, one risk) But there are very real downsides to having a Village of Woodbury.
Level-headed people have told me that a Village of Woodbury could be bankrupt in 2 to 3 years. I know that Caruso's package is filled with mis-information. If Caruso's puppets got hold of the Village Board we would all be blued, screwed and tattooed.
I still won't tell anyone how they should choose. Call that cowardice if you want, but with dangers in any path we take, I don't see how I have the right to tell anyone else what to do.
Caruso brought all this about and he has caused this Town one problem after another. It's time that he stopped.
Perhaps we could add something to the vote like "and when the Village goes belly-up, and our homes are worth nothing, we get to tar and feather the wretch named Ralph Caruso"...now I think I would change my vote to YES for that one!

As of 9:55 PM on Wednesday, our scientific poll indicates that the Village will be defeated by a resounding 2 to 0.
Yes
I am voting no because this will eliminate the firefighters and police officers and I think We do a great job in this town. We can't have a village
