The board does not like to pay it workers a fair wage, but if you are a lawyer or some firm they will pay you hundreds of thousdands while we bust our butts every day. For the rest of you in the working world we have not gotten a raise in years have you? Hey UB or Aunt who ever what would you do if you have not gotten a raise for years. I am sure you live in this town where we plow your roads, fix your streams when they flood all we want is a fair deal!!!!!!! This is all a game for you but when your roads go un plowed dont say we told you so!
This town board treats the employes like they are idiots. These people meaning the"town board" Don't have to get called in the middle of the night thrree times to salt or plow the roads, clean the sidewalks, Or pull a sewage pump that went bad. All they know is that when they wake up in the morning is that they can use the toilet, walk on clean sidewalks, and have roads that are plowed and salted. They don't care about the the workers family.
They will give the WPD anything they want. but has second standards for the rest of the employee's.
Workers, you lose alot of credibility calling everyone else idiots and whining all the time when every post from you has spelling and grammatical errors.

When it came time for the WPD contract they git everything, why is that Uncle Gerri.
